Red Cross Disaster Relief

The American Red Cross of Western New York will hold volunteer boot camps across our three chapters this Saturday, October 12th to train those interested in serving as a shelter volunteer on disaster relief responses this fall. *No prior experience necessary- and don’t have to currently be a volunteer to participate!*

WHEN: Saturday, October 12 from 10 am - 1 pm
WHERE:

• WNY Chapter (786 Delaware Ave., Buffalo, NY)
• Greater Rochester Chapter (1040 University Ave., Rochester, NY)
• Southern Tier Chapter (620 E. Main St., Endicott, NY) 

Shelter volunteers work directly with residents to ensure their basic needs are met as well as help them access additional services. Participants will receive all necessary training on site and leave with the ability to deploy as a shelter volunteer.
