Our volunteers fill a vital role at Safe Harbors, providing support and assistance to victims via the 24-hour agency crisis hotline during overnight, weekend, and holiday hours. This includes listening, making appropriate referrals, and providing crisis intervention, support and assistance to victims as they move through the legal and/or medical process.
