Yard Work – Make the Outdoors Shine
Help keep our grounds beautiful and welcoming! Tasks include planting, weeding, and general outdoor maintenance. Your work transforms our spaces and makes an immediate impact, all while enjoying fresh air and physical activity.
Animal Stall & Pen Care – Directly Help Our Animals
Care for our Wildlife Rockstar Animal Ambassadors, by keeping stalls and pens clean, fresh, and safe. You’ll handle bedding, water, and feed while ensuring our residents are comfortable and happy. This is hands-on, rewarding work for anyone who loves animals.
Painting & Maintenance – Leave Your Mark
Help refresh and maintain our buildings, fences, and structures. From painting to simple repairs, your contribution makes our spaces functional, welcoming, and beautiful. No prior experience needed—just enthusiasm and willingness to help.
Who We Are & What We Do
Bridges for Brain Injury is a nonprofit dedicated to helping adults affected by traumatic brain injury, physical disabilities, and related challenges live with greater independence, dignity, and hope. We provide tailored programs, life skills training, service coordination, and supportive services that help individuals bridge the gap between surviving and truly living. Our unique, Wildlife Rockstars program, educates our members on how to take care of over 50 exotic, farm and native animals. We provide presentations throughout the community to raise awareness for brain injuries and provide wildlife education. Our work supports families, and connects people with resources that make daily life more fulfilling and meaningful.
