IT'S THAT TIME!!! The Avenue Children's Theatre Project needs TREATS and VOLUNTEERS to pull off our BIGGEST AVEOWEEN EVER - OCTOBER 31ST dusk - 9PM!
Aveoween is an annual Halloween immersive experience curated by our Ave Fellows. Attendees are guided through our theatre and meet characters who are part of a story while collecting candy and treats. This year's theme is:
A Scooby Mystery on Sesame Street After Dark.
WE NEED HELP WITH....
Shoppers for candy, healthy snacks and non food goodies to distribute and other items needed for the event
Decorating and staging at The Ave week of Aveoween
Day of:
Make up or face painting
Volunteers for trick or treat stations
Spooky storytelling
Safety Angel: eyes and ears around the entrances and exits ensuring all is well and trick or treaters are safe.
Staging: hanging decor, setting the mood
Make up and costuming: help cast complete their looks on site before door open at 6:00.
Cast: Dress as an character from this year's theme and distribute candy at station at Aveoween.
Crew: Dress festive and help where needed during the event.
Greeter or Guide: Dress festive and move trick or treaters through the haunted tour.
Photography and social media posting during event
Server: soup, hot cocoa, tea stations
Distribute left over soup after the event.
Clean up crew: exterior and interior clean up after the event ends 8:00 - 9:00 PM
