Registration & Check-In (5 volunteers):
- Training provided
- Greet guests as they arrive and ensure a warm welcome.
- Check guests in using laptop.
- Hand out table assignments and any event materials.
- Answer basic event-related questions.
- Direct guests to the main event area upstairs.
Wine Pull (3 volunteers):
- Encourage guests to participate in the wine pull fundraiser.
- Assist guests in selecting a numbered cork to match a mystery bottle of wine.
- Manage the wine pull table, ensuring a smooth and organized process.
- Restock wine bottles as needed and maintain an engaging atmosphere.
Silent Auction Assistance (4 volunteers):
- Help bidders understand how to place bids and answer any auction-related questions.
- Encourage guests to make a $25 donation for a special cause.
- After the auction closes, assist in moving all auction items to the Holding Room and Organizing
Check-out at Closing (3 volunteers):
- Assist guests with collecting their auction winnings.
- Verify bidder information to ensure they receive the correct items.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient check-out process.
- Provide a friendly and positive experience.
