| Inclement Weather Plan: We prioritize the safety and comfort of our volunteers and participants. In case of inclement weather, we have a comprehensive plan to ensure the event proceeds smoothly: Indoor Options: Each of our event sites is equipped with indoor facilities that can accommodate all planned activities. These indoor spaces will be used to continue the event seamlessly if weather conditions become unfavorable. Tents and Shelters: In addition to indoor options, we have tents and temporary shelters available to set up at the event locations. These tents will provide adequate cover and protection for participants and volunteers if there is a threat of rain. Weather Monitoring and Communication: We will closely monitor the weather forecast leading up to and on the day of the event. Should any weather-related concerns arise, we will promptly communicate any changes in plans or relocation details to all volunteers and participants via email, phone, and social media updates. By having these contingencies in place, we aim to ensure a successful and enjoyable event regardless of weather conditions. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding. | |
