Who We Are
We are a community boathouse and livery on a mission to get people on the water! Rochester has beautiful, accessible, and calm waters that are at the core of our history. We are passionate about sharing the literal intersection of the Genesee River and Erie Canal, with the figurative intersection of health, history, environment, and education with our neighbors in Rochester and beyond. We're also home to the only Whitewater Park in New York State!
What We Do
We make water access easy! From open livery (canoe/kayak) rentals, to rowing, to summer camps, to whitewater kayaking, to community group paddles, and so much more, we facilitate and activate Genesee Valley Park and Lock32.
