What We Do

Ibero operates over 39 programs that help us fulfill the mission and values of our agency. These programs span a wide range of services designed to uplift and empower the communities we serve. Among them: Care Management Services provide essential stabilization support to some of the most vulnerable populations, helping individuals navigate complex systems and access needed resources. Early Childhood Center offers an award-winning program for children from as young as six weeks old through age five, laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Community Resource Center helps individuals move toward self-sufficiency by offering case management, coaching, short- and long-term goal planning, temporary basic needs referrals, and advocacy through DHS and other partners. Senior Center serves as a unique gathering space for individuals aged 60 and older, where they can engage in culturally enriching and socially supportive activities tailored to their needs. These programs are just a few examples of how Ibero actively works to create lasting impact across all stages of life.
