We do this by creating and maintaining sustainable, vibrant communities which support healthy, care free living for our residents.

We were founded by citizens in partnership with local government in response to a critical need for affordable housing for returning WWII veterans. Since 1949, we have led the way in affordable housing in Rochester, NY and other Upstate New York communities for those in need, including senior citizens, veterans, students and low-and-middle income individuals.
