Who We Are
Greater Rochester Habitat for Humanity (GRHFH) is a housing ministry dedicated to eliminating substandard housing in Monroe, Ontario, and Wayne Counties. Families and individuals in need partner with GRHFH to purchase their home through an affordable mortgage after working alongside volunteers to build or improve a place they can call home.
Since 1984, GRHFH and its volunteers have served more than 425 families with new homes, much-needed home repairs, and financial education. For more, visit www.GRHabitat.org.
What We Do
Greater Rochester Habitat for Humanity provides homeownership opportunities in the Monroe, Ontario, and Wayne Counties of Western NY.
We build homes, perform essential home repairs, and operate three second-hand ReStores with the help of our incredible volunteers. We have many volunteer opportunities, from working on a construction site to sorting donations at our ReStores and are always willing to find new ways to best utilize the skills of our dedicated volunteers.
