Homesteads for Hope

Homesteads for Hope is a nonprofit community farm founded by a mother and daughter with a vision to support families navigating disabilities while creating a place where people of all abilities belong.

What began as a small farm has grown into a vibrant, welcoming community where individuals can learn, connect, and discover their strengths through hands-on experiences in and around nature.

Students, members, and volunteers come together on our inclusive farm to build skills, form meaningful relationships, and contribute to the community.

Daily activities range from gardening and harvesting to caring for animals, creating flower bouquets, and learning in our teaching kitchen. Visitors can experience the farm through the Farm Store, educational workshops, and community events.
