Delphi Rise is here to serve our community with an open door and an open heart. Client health and wellness is always at the center of our work; we approach every conversation and every individual we serve with warmth and acceptance. Delphi Rise is small but we are mighty and we are making a difference, proudly serving Monroe and Wayne counties for over 100 years!

Delphi Rise provides a wide array of services throughout Monroe and Wayne County, primarily focused on substance abuse and addiction supports. 

We serve people of ALL ages!

We work with the youngest in our communities, providing in-school education and counseling services to students i from the age of 5 through to high school seniors. We serve over 14 school districts across Monroe and Wayne Counties! 

We are also a one-stop shop on site at 72 Hinchey Road. We offer Monroe County's only 24/7 walk-in Open Access program, where anyone can seek support with addiction at any time, regardless of ability to pay. For those ready for more formal support, we provide individual and group substance abuse treatment, along with Medication Assistance Treatment on site, and via Zoom. 

Delphi also provides Health Home Care Management Services, Prison Reentry Services and housing supports, along with Mental Health First Aid!
