Terra Science and Education

Terra Science and Education is dedicated to improving the quality of life through the support of those who are engaged in education and innovation.
Terra Science and Education was founded in 2011 as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization for the improvement of K–16 education through consulting, scholarships, research, new program development, and public forums. Our services include: educational programming open to both local public and private schools; GENIUS Olympiad, which brings high school students from around the globe to a college campus to solve environmental problems; Terra STEM Fairs network of seven regional fairs in the Northeast and two international virtual fairs; a local conference series; two teacher fellowship programs; capacity building grants for schools in NY State; our peer-reviewed publication The International Journal of High School Research; and a week-long residential hands on marine biology experience for all educators and students around the world in Sal Salvador, Bahamas.
