Family Promise of Ontario County

We unite existing agencies, volunteer organizations and the faith community in Ontario County to provide a pathway for homeless children and their families to secure reliable housing and self-sufficiency.

We provide prevention and temporary housing to assistance to homeless children and their families. Our Outreach Caseworkers help those eligible for federal rent and utility assistance complete the application process. Our clients receive case management for up to a year following participation in our residential program. Stabilization assistance is provided to keep families from becoming homeless again.
