Who We Are
We are community volunteers who care for the garden by weeding and mulching each spring for the community to enjoy the space and become aware of this important history.
What We Do
The Remember Garden is a living memorial to over 800 men, women and children that were buried in mass unmarked graves. These community members had lived in the former Almshouse, Penitentiary or Insane Asylum that was on the grounds now known as Highland Park.
