The Southwest Area Neighborhood Association, also known as SWAN Inc. at Montgomery Center, has a rich history in providing basic need core services and is a trusted resource that area residents look to and converse with regularly. Our Agency has effected positive contributions to generations of southwest residents who credit their experiences here for making major impact on their lives. We engage our community in discussions surrounding the effective execution of programs geared to aide in the stability and growth of the residents served. We consistently seek opportunities for collaborative efforts that will add value to the lives of the community we serve.

Provider of rent/mortgage, utility, transportation, and small furniture assistance to stabilize client's living situation. Assistance offered to homeowners for minor home repairs and resources related to maintaining property value. Workshops provided related to Financial Health and Wellness. Senior Program including Nutrition, Health and Wellness and Social Engagement.
