Kalos Health is a Non-Profit Managed Long Term Care Plan which serves Monroe, Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Genesee and Chautauqua counties.
What We Do
For people who qualify for skilled nursing but would like to remain in the community, we coordinate quality services for individuals in need this additional support and receive NYS Medicaid.
