Volunteers of America is a non-profit human services agency that helps more than 6,000 people every year. We have been serving the Rochester Region for more than 100 years, providing essential services for those in need.

Volunteers of America empowers people to rise out of poverty, move toward self-reliance, and reach their full potential. We provide housing and support services for homeless families and individuals; early education programs for impoverished children; reentry services for people who are or have been incarcerated; affordable housing for seniors; after school and summer enrichment programs for children; and Camp HEROES.
