Oak Orchard Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center, Patient Centered Medical Home and 501(C)3 non-profit providing comprehensive Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Vision, WIC and Patient Engagement Services to all people, regardless of their ability to pay.
With eleven sites and two mobile units, Oak Orchard Health provides care services in Alexander, Albion, Batavia, Brockport, Hornell, Medina and Warsaw and is seeking volunteers to assist us in painting our exam rooms in Brockport on May 21, 2026, during the United Way Day of Caring Event.
