Our youth program, playground, needs some TLC!
This year we are in need of help to spread 10 yards (nearly 2500 lbs.) of mulch for our Corps playground. It is a necessity to ensure that the children that enjoy our playground whether it is the public or those that attend our programs, such as Phoenix Afterschool, Phoenix Summer Day and Youth Night, can safely have fun!
We will be supplying not only the tools in order to spread the mulch but also bottled water to help keep everyone hydrated!

| Inclement Weather Plan: In the case that the weather is unsuited for spreading mulch, our secondary plan is to have volunteers help organize our garage, attached to our Youth Program Center. This is a job that is a necessity due to several of our programs using the space to hold items, boxes and equipment. It is key to organize and group the items in the garage for quick and safe access. | |
