Volunteer: Sensory Tent at Lilac Festival

AutismUp has been offered the incredible opportunity of a sensory friendly tent at the Lilac Festival. AutismUp is a small organization and relies on our partnerships to assist us in our goals of inclusion. We are looking for groups interested in giving back to our organization by committing to 4 hour shifts at the sensory tent with a minimum of 2 people. Responsibilities will be ensuring equipment remains in the tent and minimal disinfecting of sensory materials as needed. We could not achieve our goals and accomplishments without our community! Volunteer: AutismUp iCan Shine Bike Camp 2026

Be part of something truly impactful as a volunteer at AutismUp’s iCan Bike Camp.

Volunteers serve as “spotters,” working one-on-one with riders to provide encouragement, balance support, and motivation as they learn to ride a two-wheel bike. No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to be present, engaged, and supportive.

You’ll be trained by iCan Shine staff and work alongside experienced instructors using specialized equipment designed to help riders succeed. Volunteers attend one 75-minute session per day for five consecutive days and play a critical role in each rider’s success.

This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact, build connections, and be part of an unforgettable moment when a rider achieves independence on two wheels.
