We believe very strongly that books should never be thrown out unless they are damaged through water, rodents, fire, etc.

So we have A LOT of books and love when people come out to help us sort and shelves the newest donations as well as research and help us price them. We try to use ABEbooks.com as a basis and we have found them to be most fair. If you disagree we are welcome to talk about it and learn from new information provided to us. 

Help us save the written word in all the books we can.

We are a not for profit that looks like a second hand store but we are more than that. We are a place other not for profits can consign items to make up funds out to get items for free or at a discounted price. We also sell to the public and have local artists and community members that sell items.

We strive to keep anything we can out of the landfill and we fix it upcycle what we can, and encourage customers to do the same of many objects in the store. 

We need your help writing grants because we are not good at it or don't know what we are doing. We have been around for 10 years through pure determination and many many volunteers. Please help us continue. Our rent has tripled and we have other expenses we would like to maintain.

Help stage and take pictures of items to post on social media accounts with tags.

Help develop and maintain other forms of social media such as YouTube, tik tok, etc.

Most of us are out of the loop as to what the young folks are into these days and we need help getting the information out about us and selling items for us and other not for profits
