At Baden Street, we serve over 5,000+ families and individuals annually through nine (soon to be ten) specialized programs.
Community Youth and Adult Development Program -
This program offers social, emotional, educational, and recreational activities to support youth development in a fun and engaging environment. It aims to foster personal growth and community involvement for both youth and adults.
Behavioral Health & Community Services Program -
Provides professional mental health and substance abuse services for adults using a multidisciplinary team approach. Including Outreach and Care Management for adults as part of Health Home of Upstate New York (HHUNY).
Child Development Center and UPK Programs -
The Child Development Center provides high-quality early childhood education, meals, and health screenings for children in a nurturing environment. The Universal Pre-K (UPK) program offers a strong educational foundation for three- and four-year-olds to boost school readiness.
Counseling & Substance Abuse Center Program -
This center offers culturally sensitive treatment for chemical dependency through individual and group counseling, rooted in the disease model of addiction. Future plans include integrating a mental health outpatient clinic to provide comprehensive care.
Digital Arts Program -
Combines fun and learning by using gaming to develop critical thinking, cognitive skills, and interest in science and technology. The program supports group field trips and immersive gaming experiences for youth.
Emergency & Family Assistance Program -
EFA assists families in crisis by providing essentials like food, rent help, and advocacy, while guiding them through public aid systems. It also connects clients with long-term resources to help them move toward stability and self-sufficiency.
Mature Adult Resource Center Program -
MARC offers seniors a welcoming space for socializing and participating in enriching activities that reduce isolation. Seniors enjoy field trips, events, and wellness activities designed to enhance quality of life.
Metro Council for Teen Potential Program -
MCTP is a coalition focused on youth health and development, working with 35 partners to prevent teen pregnancy and promote positive choices. It provides life skills, leadership programs, and support services that have contributed to a major drop in teen birth rates in Rochester.
