Our Mission -Community Action for Wyoming County is dedicated to fighting the causes of poverty and providing support through programs and services for those needing help to overcome life's challenges. Our Vision - Community Action for Wyoming County strives to improve the quality of life for those we serve. History - Community Action for Wyoming County (Community Action) is a non-profit organization incorporated in 1995.

We promote self-sufficiency through wrap around Care Coordination. We have a number of programs to help keep families from being homeless. We help individuals and youth secure good jobs. We help individuals find good education opportunities. We provide support for individuals in crisis. We have programs that promote better health outcomes. We link families to needed services they may not know exist.
