Who We Are

MISSION

We are a relationship-centered community where marginalized youth and their families hope, heal, and thrive.

VISION

A restored community where youth and their families have moved from systemic trauma to a place of power and belonging.

What We Do

HOPE585 is a relationship-centered community dedicated to empowering marginalized youth and their families, particularly those impacted by systemic challenges. We serve youth in foster care, families involved with the justice system, and others facing adversity. Our programs are designed to provide comprehensive support and include youth mentoring for teens in foster care, Camp Hope, youth counseling, case management for Rochester youth in crisis, and respite care. Additionally, we offer financial assistance to families affected by these systems, helping to alleviate immediate burdens and promote long-term stability.

Furthermore, HOPE585 operates the only Community Supported Foster Home in Monroe County for young women preparing to age out of the foster care system.
