Greece Historical Society

The Greece Historical Society is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation chartered by NYS Department of Education Board of Regents. The Society is not part of the Town government and receives no monetary funds from the Town of Greece. The Greece Historical Society strives to provide the community with an awareness of the past, an appreciation of the present, and a vision for the future, giving a sense of “roots” and a greater feeling of belonging .

We share that history with its residents and the local community through public programs, publications, museum exhibits, and accessibility to its archives and artifacts.
