Agape Haven of Abundance is a nonprofit, Community-Base Outreach Program located in the Northwest Quadrant of the City of Rochester. Agape is committed to the wellbeing of our community and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the people we serve. AgapeHoA operates as a supplemental program working alongside our community partners through collaborative efforts to bridge the gap between health disparities and food insecurity in our urban community. The services we provide are hunger relief, health literacy, crisis intervention, financial advisement, educational enrichment activities and workforce development. The population we serve are low to moderate-income households, those living in poverty, men, women, children, youth, refugees, and reentry. AgapeHoA mission is to eradicate intergenerational poverty. Our vision is to empower, educate and serve the community with love and compassion.
