Who We Are
The Seneca Waterways Council, Boy Scouts of America serves 7,000 youth in the Counties of Monroe, Ontario, Wayne, Seneca, and Yates, New York. Seneca Waterways Council provides an educational program for boys and young adults to build character, to train in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and to develop personal fitness. We operate two camps: the J. Warren Cutler Scout Reservation in Naples, NY, and Massawepie Scout Camps in the Adirondacks near Tupper Lake, NY. Visit the Camping pages to learn more about each camp facility and program offered.
